I enjoyed a great retreat with the ladies that joined in.We all had a super time. Some people liked to keep their pictures private and I respect that.
In the retreat, much was learned and much was shared, and I realized for myself, I’ve grown as an individual, and as a teacher.
And here’s something I’ve been working on since the retreat is work on
Being concise, on my intentions and in my daily life, I’m working on a connection of respect.
Here’s some thoughts below.
Respect is more than just a word; it’s the quiet, steady ground upon which all meaningful connection is built. When we lead with respect—for ourselves, for our journey, and for others—we create a space for love to blossom without judgment.
It’s in this space that true emotional safety is found, allowing us to connect from a place of authenticity and care.
To be nurturing and nurtured back in a relationship or in friendships, is the foundation that allows us to grow and flourish. When we are cognitive in our words and give our words with respect for yourself and the other person in conversations each day.

Growing and learning keeps our minds, nar and souls moving forward.
