1. For the 1st fun fact …..eat coconut oil, Yes, it is so good for most of us. Eat in on toast, instead of other oils, or For cooking, frying over 350 degrees. Great for the skin for cleansing at night. You can add quality aromatherapy oil with coconut oil for relief ….say mint for energy.
2. I buy super butter – or make your own! pumpkin seed & sunflower seed & other natural ingredients, many love
this one. Some like it on toast, great for food allergy types.
3. coconut sugar- for tea 15 cal for tsp
4. fruit- buy frozen berries, eat in a shake or
melt choc. chips on top. …great anti oxidants in blueberries.
5. cookies- super butter, coconut flakes, coconut oil, coconut sugar
choc. powder. rice crisp, roll , in ball and put in tin
in fridge…go for it. keep cold, then add oats,
6. Close your eyes when chewing, studies show up to 10% less calories.
7. stir fry using grape seed or coconut oil, they have a high flash point, meaning they
can take the heat, and still be nutritious for you. steam.

9. Juicer- raw vegys, ex.carrot, celery, apple& beets
10. Make your own homemade crackers- flax, or chia or both as a base. Suggestion: Start with 1 cup of each,
soak one to with water for 4 hrs. in fridge…add vegy or apple, raisins ..kelp etc.
food processor 3 min…. done& salt if desired, put on (if you use 1 cup ea of flax and chia, this will need a long pan.9 x 12 or bigger. bake at350degrees for 5 min check 5 min check keep a eye won’t take long. To place in the pan, put onto a metal pan, 9 inch, with wax paper a & coconut oil spread (not olive oil) smooth it out flat-waxpaper rolling pin on top
11. drink water, add lemon, lime, berries, pineapple or cucumber, 1 to 5 extra glasses apart from juices in your day.
Add one extra glass a day, it will help most people. Keep your water level and vibration up!
12. eat garlic once a day anti fungal and bacterial & anti viral…one clove
a day. You can chop fine and take with water, if you don’t enjoy the taste.
