July long weekend …how fast it approached..and how every day was on the long weekend, we made count. The fireworks In our local city were great. Some friends of mine went to Riverside Park, and said it was quite good…we had it all around us, so enjoyed a night of BBQ & festivities.
FINDING BALANCE
is what I find we were working ion this past weekend. Some was tossing out old items that I no longer needed.
I have a lot of old onion large empty bags, which will be going out for recycling this week.
The Ladies Solstice and Wellness/Creative retreat, was amazing.
We had 9 ladies in total, with lots of craft, time by the water, walks, enjoying coffee & teas on the deck, everything went well.
We taught yoga each day, and created space for each other to grow.
Especially enjoyed how we all released the past, and enjoyed a “face lift: peeling a layer away, gently. Good memories, great smiles.
Our July Garden is coming in quite well, we have laid a lot of rock and weed cloth, to keep the weeds down. We both invested a lot of energy into weeding the gardens, after each rain…made it easier.
