In life we experience ups and downs. Some moments in time get stuck within our minds. Some great memories, some not so good. We all need some assistance with dealing with grief, when we loose a job, a person, a pet or a relationship changes.
My desire is to assist others to work through the stress, and emotional pain of a loss in your life. I have taking grief releasing studies, and have practices with this area for 20 years. I am a wellness coach, that has studied with some great teachers on Grief..
In this interactive class, we will do some identifying of emotions, and learning to embrace the good and saying it’s okay to grieve…and there is a time to let go. You will receive ways to work on the now and future events, with a new approach. No one can change us…it is up to us to accept support, and let go at our own pace.
We will give you tips on learning how to deal with situations, breath work, and visualization, and using some energy-releasing work from within, working with my skill set, to assist you to let go. Create space for more balance within. Be gentle with yourself, you feelings do matter.
Invest in some time, for you, to receive information, and for those wanting an energy release at end of the class,working with some Reiki energy.
