Yoga In The Park Has Moved Indoors

Yoga in the Park Has Moved Indoors.  It was a great summer at Willard Park for our weekly Chair Yoga Classes.  The weather cooperated and we made it to the end of October before the decision was made to move indoors.

These classes are designed for those of us with a little less flexibility.  Bring a chair and an old scarf and let Karen lead you through gentle stretches and breathing exercises sure to leave you feeling refreshed.

Cost: $10  This class runs through the winter.
