Mindfulness tips to hydrate

Hi, do you find you feel a lack of energy in the morning, at noon or and the end of the day?
Are you drinking enough water?
Here is a tip, for when you  awake in the morning.
If you wake up  with a very dry mouth, you can increase this to two.

Drink a full glass when you wake up in the morning. ..at least 30 minutes
before your breakfast, if you can.

By doing this, you now have 2 glasses of water in your system for hydration, and this can assist with weight loss as well.
Now, 30minutes  before lunch break, add a glass of water to your routine, at your desk, or on the road.

Mid afternoon, you may get hungry for something sweet.
Drink another glass of water, before you snack, and go for a quick walk around your office or neighborhood.

If you do this, you will have a good start to hydrating your body.
Do the same before your evening meal.
