So what’s going on? Has the winter got you feeling blue, blah, blech? The days are getting longer and the skies don’t seem to be quite as dreary. Let’s think about getting ourselves off the couch and out into the weather for a walk – even if it’s around the block, let’s start thinking about getting our bodies moving again. By now you should be all caught up on your TV shows, crossword puzzles, and all those other time consumers that are crucial to making it through January and February in reasonably good form.
Hopefully you at least spent some time during the last 2-months to reflect on what you can do to improve your current life’s stream. Are you happy with the direction your life is pointing you? Are there people or places or things getting in your way? Have you been thinking of a plan but still have every excuse in the world why it hasn’t started yet? Are your New Year’s Resolutions still not started? It’s OK and actually it’s not that unusual. But this year, make it different. March is the perfect time to start new things. The weather will sooner or later start warming up. Now is the time to take that plan, that dream you have. For example, if your dream is to fit into an old pair of jeans, then start now. Take control and put that plan into action. Lose weight for summer – there’s still lots of time so all is not lost. Problems at work? Talk to HR or look for something else. There’s always a solution. You just have to start the process and you won’t believe how the universe will begin to work with you to help you reach your goals.
Namaste,
Karen Egoff
