This is a amazing time of reflection. With the beauty of winter all around us, it is nice to go for a walk, and enjoy
the fresh air, as we embrace the new year of 2017.
In numerology, it equals one, new beginnings. For many people I know, they have had some challenges in 2016, and are embracing the new year coming in as a fresh start.
We have just had a new moon on the eve of Dec 29th. Time to embrace the new, write out your goals and aspirations for the new year. Light a candle, ask for divine guidance, as you let go, of the old, see new energy coming in, and meditate upon your goals. See and feel them being completed this year.
