It’s awesome to teach Yoga online after nearly 30 year of in person classes It has been quite an adjustment!
My regular students were feeling tired, low energy and needed to stretch? I started one online class, Wednesdays at 11:05 AM EST and now I have 2 Open Chair Yoga Classes weekly to assist with my students desire to keep fit!
